ALABAMA — U.S. Marshals Service task force officers arrested a Birmingham man on multiple drug and weapons charges following the execution of an arrest warrant earlier this week.
According to authorities, task force officers with the U.S. Marshals Service executed an arrest warrant at the Birmingham residence of Christopher Needham on Jan. 20, 2026. Needham was wanted in Marshall County on charges of criminal conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime and criminal conspiracy to promote prison contraband. Those charges were obtained by the Alabama Department of Corrections Law Enforcement Services Division.
During the arrest, officers reported observing two bags of marijuana and several firearms in plain view. Investigators then obtained a search warrant for the residence…
