During his State of the City Address, Hoover Mayor Nick Derzis said he is prioritizing economic development through the revitalization of Riverchase Galleria and Patton Creek Shopping Center.
“We’ve been too stagnant for too many years, and it’s time that Hoover, being the sixth largest city in the state of Alabama, that we take the leadership role that we should have in the Birmingham metro area,” Derzis said.
