TRUSSVILLE, Ala. (TRIBUNE) — A new Mongolian grill restaurant, Genghis Bowl, is headed to Trussville and will occupy the former Palace space next to the Regal Theaters. The Palace plans to reopen in February across Chalkville Mountain Road next to Ollie’s.
Genghis Bowl will offer the Mongolian style barbecue where diners select their meat, sauces and vegetables from a raw bar and their meal is prepared for them.
According to the website, the restaurant promises to “craft delicious dishes with the freshest ingredients, blending tradition and creativity.”
