FORESTDALE, Ala. (WBRC) – Overnight on Sunday, Feb. 1, all lanes were closed down along Interstate-22 westbound near exit 91 in Forestdale after a wreck.
ALGO traffic report says the wreck occurred around 3 a.m.
Forestdale Fire Chief Scott Mims confirmed to WBRC that a head-on collision occurred between an 18-wheeler and pickup truck.
According to Mims, the driver of the 18-wheeler was taken for treatment with non-life threatening injuries. The condition of the other driver is unknown at this time…
