BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Warming stations are available in Birmingham Sunday evening for those in need of a warm place to stay overnight.
Men, women and children in need of shelter can go to the Jimmie Hale Mission at 3420 2nd Ave. North. A second shelter, just for women and children, will be provided at Pathways. This second shelter is located at 409 Richard Arrington, Jr, Blvd. The warming stations will be open until 9 a.m. Monday.
