BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBMA) — A man is dead after a shooting in Birmingham Tuesday afternoon.
The Birmingham Police Department said officers responded to what was initially called in as a crash in the 1400 block of 29th Street Ensley shortly before 1:30 p.m.
