BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The Birmingham Police Department is investigating a homicide they say happened Tuesday, Feb. 3.
Police were sent to investigate a two-vehicle crash in the 1400 block of 29th Street Ensley around 1:21 p.m.
