A UAB police officer is facing criminal charges in two Alabama counties after he was stopped driving a stolen vehicle from Birmingham to Montgomery.
Johnny Quentavious Fowler IV, 25, is charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Montgomery County, and with first-degree theft of property in Jefferson County, according to court records.
