BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The Housing Authority of the Birmingham District (HABD) will begin accepting public housing and tax credit applications for the Tuxedo Terrace Apartments in late February.
The announcement comes as the HABD said they’re set to open the apartments around that same time.
Applications will be accepted from Monday, Feb. 23 through Friday, March 6 for one- and four-bedroom units…
