BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Central Alabama Water Board (CAW) Monday began drug testing all employees of the water utility under a policy implemented as part of the system’s new employee handbook.
CAW confirmed it will drug test all employees including senior management as part of the new policy, with the round of testing beginning Monday serving as a baseline for future random drug tests.
