A woman has been indicted in the shooting death of her ex-boyfriend in Birmingham.
A Jefferson County grand jury indicted Vivian Simone Brantley, 25, on the charge of murder in the slaying of 47-year-old Damian Dawson, a father of five. The indictment was issued Feb. 6 and made public Tuesday.
