HOOVER, Ala. (WBRC) – Cookie Plug, a California-born confectionery concept inspired by graffiti and street art, has expanded from its Anaheim roots to locations across the United States, including a spot in Hoover.
The shop launched three years ago with a mission to merge artisanal cookies with hip-hop culture, creating an aesthetic unlike traditional dessert destinations. Each offering reflects this ethos through street-inspired branding and creative flavor combinations.
