JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WBMA) — An inmate at William Donaldson Correctional Facility died Wednesday morning at a Birmingham hospital.
The Jefferson County Coroner/Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man as Bennie Doyce Skinner, 68.
