On the same day Central Alabama Water became a central part of a federal lawsuit, more legal challenges arrived as former senior executives of the utility sued the board and its new CEO alleging they conspired to violate their employment contracts and replace them.
The lawsuits from General Manager Mac Underwood and assistant general managers Barry Williams and Michael Parker could costs millions. All three lawsuits were filed in Jefferson County Circuit Court late Friday.
