BESSEMER, Ala. (WIAT) — A 77-year-old woman was killed after being struck by her own vehicle in Bessemer.
According to Jefferson County Coroner’s Office, Mildred Miller was struck by her own vehicle in front of a home in the 10 block of Royal Coach Circle around 4:07 p.m. on Feb. 17. Miller reportedly failed to place the vehicle in park and was pronounced dead from her injuries Saturday at UAB Hospital.
