BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A Birmingham man was taken into custody Tuesday in connection to an armed robbery that happened in December.
According to the Birmingham Police Department, officers and members of the U.S. Marshals Service Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Elric Freeman, who is charged with first-degree robbery. He allegedly committed the crime in the 200 block of 20th Street South on Dec. 20.
