CHELSEA – The identity has officially been released of a woman that was found dead as a result of vehicle crash that occurred at a railroad crossing in Chelsea.
According to Coroner Lina Evans of the Shelby County Coroner’s Office, Michelle Manning, age 31 of Mississippi, that was killed when her vehicle was hit by a train on Tuesday night.
Just before 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 24, a crash involving a car and a train occurred at a railroad crossing on County Road 433 near Builders FirstSource Lumberyard, leading to an emergency closure of the railway and a massive backup in traffic…
