ICE arrests man they say helped immigrant working on Alabama city hall roof escape arrest

A Birmingham man has been charged with interfering in the arrest of an man in the country illegally in Blount County.

Cesar Acosta, 34, is charged with impeding a federal officer, Northern District of Alabama Acting U.S. Attorney Catherine Crosby announced Monday.
