Applications open for Hoover City Schools Board of Education seat, Paquette reapplying

HOOVER ­­– An important time of year has come back around on the calendar for the Hoover City Schools district as one of the seats on the Hoover City Schools Board of Education is now up for grabs.

During both a regularly scheduled meeting of the Hoover City Council and the board on Monday, March 9 and Tuesday, March 10, respectively, an announcement was made that the seat currently held by Board President Alan Paquette is fielding applications for who will serve in it for the next five years.
