Straight Mountain Foods signs lease for new Trussville restaurant

TRUSSVILLE, Ala. (TRIBUNE) — Straight Mountain Foods announced it just signed the lease for a new restaurant in Trussville.

The restaurant will be called Redemption, a name the business says reflects challenges it has overcome in recent years. According to the announcement, Straight Mountain Foods’ first restaurant closed due to personal circumstances,. Later, its food truck was destroyed by a fire. Despite setbacks, the business moved forward with the support of the community.

Straight Mountain Foods thanked customers for continuing to buy their food, share their posts, recommend the business to others, stand in line at the trailer, and book catering services through Straight Mountain Foods and Straight Mountain Catering.
