A man and a 3-year-old child have died after being hit by a vehicle in Bessemer Sunday night.
The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the victims as 33-year-old Orlin Dariel-Rodriguez and 3-year-old Jared Ramos, both of Bessemer.
