Straight Mountain Foods, a popular Central Alabama-based food truck and catering business, has signed a lease for a new brick and mortar restaurant space in Trussville.
The new restaurant, Redemption, will offer a meat-and-three experience during lunch with an expanded dinner menu. The owner says he expects to open the new restaurant this Summer.
