Birmingham police have made an arrest in connection with the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Kameron Marquese Voltz on Friday in the 200 block of Lake Drive Circle NE. Mikel Ramon Thomas Jr of Birmingham was taken into custody the same day as the incident. Thomas has been charged with murder and first-degree robbery. He is expected to be transported to the Jefferson County Jail, where he will be held without bond.
