BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Major events across Birmingham this weekend are drawing large crowds and delivering a significant boost to the local economy, city leaders say.
From the Indy Grand Prix at Barber Motorsports Park to Monster Jam at Protective Stadium, thousands of visitors are traveling to the city — filling hotels, dining at local restaurants and supporting nearby businesses.
