Investigators: Leeds woman wanted on warrants after meth, gun found in home search

LEEDS, Ala. (WBRC) – Investigators with the Shelby County Drug Enforcement Task Force say a woman has been charged and has outstanding warrants for trafficking methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia following a search at a Leeds home.

Deputies say the charges stem from an investigation launched in February 2026 into the alleged illegal distribution of methamphetamine. That investigation led to a narcotics search warrant at a home in the 800 block of Colonial Acres Drive.

On March 13, 2026, investigators executed the warrant and said they found trafficking amounts of methamphetamine, packaging material, and a firearm inside the residence, according to information released in a Facebook post.
