BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The Birmingham Public Library (BPL) is bringing the smooth sound of jazz to downtown.
As part of their Loud at the Library series, the BPL is celebrating International Jazz Day with a free outdoor concert featuring the Magic City’s own Tully Kay.
Kay, a Birmingham-base saxophonist known for his engaging style and deep appreciation of jazz, will perform Thursday, April 30 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Henley Park.
