Four individuals were arrested Tuesday morning following a traffic stop that led to a brief foot pursuit near Leeds, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
Authorities said the incident began at approximately 6:30 a.m. on March 31, when a trooper with ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 20 at the 140 mile marker near the Leeds exit.
