ALABASTER, Ala. (WBRC) – An emergency hoarding situation has left nearly 100 cats without a home in Alabaster, and local rescues are working together to find them all a place to go by Sunday night.
Kitty Kat Haven & Rescue has found 91 cats as of Saturday. One that was rescued gave birth to another litter Friday.
A man living with the cats in a small home, volunteers described as a shed in Shelby County, was evicted. The landlord has given rescues a deadline of Sunday to remove the animals…
