CALERA – One of the suspects arrested by the Calera Police Department in connection with a retail theft situation at the Calera Walmart and a following attempt to flee from law enforcement has been identified.
Brian Keon Davis, age 23, was booked into the Shelby County Jail on the following charges on Sunday, April 5, for a total bond of $37,000:
- Attempting to elude a law enforcement officer—$20,000
- Larceny/theft-shoplifting, $500 or less—$1,000
- Abandonment of a child—$6,000
- Assault-domestic reckless endangerment DV3—$2,000
- Assault-domestic reckless endangerment DV3—$2,000
- Abandonment of a child—$6,000
The other suspect, a female, was turned over to law enforcement officers in Elmore County on outstanding warrants.
