A jury has given a guilty verdict for a Birmingham man who was brought charges related to drug trafficking and illegal possession of a firearm.
According to evidence presented during the trial, Dimarcus DeSean Hodge, 34, sold over 140 grams of methamphetamine and a gram of fentanyl to a law enforcement source between Oct. 2023 and Feb. 2024.
Search warrants for Hodge’s two vehicles issued later that month led to officers recovering three firearms, bag of 9mm ammunition, 4.5 pounds of methamphetamine, over an ounce of heroin, $1,790 in cash, two iPhones and a set of digital scales…
