BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – A security guard is facing a manslaughter charge after a deadly shooting outside Birmingham’s Greyhound bus station, a case that is drawing legal scrutiny over Alabama’s self-defense laws and when deadly force is justified.
Police say the shooting happened Sunday evening outside of a bus station on Morris Avenue.
