PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Police say a naked man had to be pulled from a Palm Beach luxury condo pool after refusing orders to leave Friday night.
Officers with the Palm Beach Police responded to 2 North Breakers Row oceanfront condos on Friday, where security told police that a naked man in the pool area was refusing to leave.
When officers arrived, they identified the man as 45-year-old James E. Gervasio and observed him naked in the pool, the report states…
