Nicholas Lewin of Willow Lane in Tenfly, New Jersey, was taken into custody by Delray Beach Police on May 23rd. The arrest report, just obtained by BocaNewsNow.com, states that Lewin was acting in a disorderly and combative way in the 100 block of SE 2nd Avenue just past midnight. Wrote the arresting officer:
>> “While on scene, I observed two intoxicated young adult males leaving the area on foot. Subject identified as Nicholas Lewin. Nicholas was loudly yelling, making obscene hand gestures, using slurs, taunting law enforcement officers and yelling at officers to”come get me cops”. As officers followed at a safe distance, Nicholas continued yelling loudly in public and directing hig behavior toward passing pedestrians in the area causing a public disturbance and breach of the peace by causing pedestrians to deviate from their normal actions, causing pedestrians and vehicles to stop in their normal path. Nicholas then crossed the roadway by jaywalking and failed to utilize the designated sidewalk/crosswalk area. Soon after throwing up the middle finger to Sergeant Sargent. As I approached Nicholas to conduct a lawful arrest to his disorderly behavior. I attempted to place Nicholas into custody and instructed him to place his hands behind his back when he became physically resistant by tensing up, balling his fists and positioning himself in a fighter’s stance.” <<…
