DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A former Delray Beach code enforcement officer accused of accepting money and other benefits in exchange for warning a resident about upcoming inspections pleaded guilty Tuesday to a bribery charge, court records show.
Khatoya Markia Wesley pleaded guilty to one count of bribery by a public servant. As part of her sentence, court records show that Wesley was ordered to serve three years of probation, pay $1,800 in restitution to the victim at a minimum rate of $100 per month while on probation, pay $718 in court costs, and complete 100 hours of community service.
