WELLINGTON, Fla. (CBS12) — A Boynton Beach man has been arrested after investigators say he pointed a handgun at two Burger King employees during a drive-through dispute in Wellington and used a racial slur before displaying the weapon.
Jacob Nathan Witt, 32, faces two counts of aggravated assault with a firearm without intent to kill. One count was reclassified from a third-degree felony to a second-degree felony under a Florida law enhancing penalties when an offense is motivated by prejudice, according to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office probable cause affidavit.
Witt’s bond was set at $50,000, and a judge ordered him to have no contact with any Burger King location…
