Instead, the lawsuit says Odsess personally applied for and signed a separate membership agreement that November — while the trust itself never completed an application, paid the required purchase price, or signed its own membership contract, even after a later deed transfer in October 2022.
Broken Sound Club claims Odsess stopped paying the dues, fees and assessments tied to his individual membership, leaving an account balance the club says stood at $32,848.02 as of June 30, 2026, with more accruing each month. The club says it repeatedly demanded payment before filing suit and that neither Odsess nor the trust has made any payment toward the overdue balance.
The lawsuit accuses Odsess of breach of contract and seeks to hold him and the trust jointly and severally liable, along with a separate claim that the trust must formally join and pay for a club membership tied to the property.
