A woman was shot Sunday afternoon in what Boca Raton police are calling a targeted attack near Northeast Second Court.
The victim was getting into her car around the 1400 block when several gunmen in a white Mercedes-Benz opened fire on her. Despite being shot, she managed to escape in her vehicle and drove west on Glades Road toward the hospital.
