The construction of Ombelle Fort Lauderdale has officially begun. The project will feature two 44-story towers in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village neighborhood. The project is expected to be completed in 2028 and will include residential, retail, dining, and wellness spaces.
Ombelle Fort Lauderdale Begins Construction
The luxury condominium project, Ombelle Fort Lauderdale, has officially begun construction. Sky Equity Group is developing the project through its South Florida division, Dependable Equities. The development will also include Fort Lauderdale’s first Equinox Fitness Club.
The drilling is now underway for the project as it moves into its next phase. The early work included soil testing, asphalt removal, and relocating mature mango trees. The developer is also upgrading existing water and sewer infrastructure to support the development and surrounding area.
Ombelle is located in Flagler Village, a rapidly developing neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale. The development will offer convenient access to Brightline, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and Port Everglades. It will be close to residential, retail, and cultural destinations…
