NASHVILLE, Tenn. (CBS12) — A Boynton Beach police officer on vacation in Nashville found himself in the middle of a deadly crash — and sprang into action to help save a critically injured woman.
Officer Chase Thompson was off duty and hundreds of miles from home when a vehicle struck four pedestrians at Fourth Avenue and Broadway, according to the Boynton Beach Police Department.
