Delray Beach police arrested a 73-year-old man accused of intentionally striking a pedestrian with his vehicle after allegedly waiting for someone to walk in front of him outside The Boy’s Farmers Market.
Glenn Stuart Hartman was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with a felony offense involving an act committed during another felony that could cause death, according to a Delray Beach Police Department probable-cause affidavit.
