A Lake Worth man faces fisheries charges after a marine deputy caught him with undersized and over-the-limit spiny lobsters in the Lower Keys.
Deputy Luis Guiardinu of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office was on patrol around 3:41 p.m. at Horseshoe Beach, located near Mile Marker 35, when he spotted a diver harvesting lobster in the water.
