‘Challah Prince’ to teach braiding, baking Monday at Palm Beach Synagogue event

An Israeli baker known for sharing challah creations on Instagram will be in Palm Beach on Monday for an event hosted by Palm Beach Synagogue.

Idan Chabasov, known as “The Challah Prince,” will demonstrate how to braid and bake challah as part of “An Evening with The Challah Prince.”

The event begins at 7 p.m. The cost is $36 for synagogue members and $54 for the general public.

“At Palm Beach Synagogue, we come together on the first Friday to bake challah and experiment with a different recipe every month,” Rabbi Moshe Scheiner said. “To date, we have 85 different delicious challah recipes. This month, we are excited to host the Challah Prince from Tel Aviv, Israel, an Instagram sensation known for his Baroque designs on social media. We look forward to a fun, creative, artistic challah braiding workshop.”
