PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – The Palm Beach Public Works Department is investigating a flood on Ocean Boulevard first reported Monday morning. There is minor flooding on a section of road near El Bravo Way and Via Marina, wrote Palm Beach Police Department Captain Will Rothrock in an email.
