Two brothers in Palm Beach County, Jonathan and Joey Footman, stand accused of masquerading as bail bondsmen and swindling thousands from a victim, according to recent reports. WPTV News Channel 5 West Palm reported that Jonathan is charged with scheming to defraud, grand theft of more than $5,000, and illegal use of a communications device, with his bond set at $65,000.
