(CBS12) – On April 1, a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) detective paid a visit to the county’s Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC) to talk to someone who was recently arrested. She was not there to discuss why that person was arrested, however. Instead, the questions revolved around an incident nearly a month earlier – when he was shot.
