PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. – Two 16-year-olds were arrested early Monday morning after they burglarized and stole a Range Rover in Palm Beach County, authorities said. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the teens were being surveilled by Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office aerial units as the committed the crimes.
