Two men have pleaded guilty to federal crimes including firearm possession by felons linked to a mall shooting in Palm Beach County mall on Valentine’s Day. 29-year-old Kemarcio Mitchell was on the second floor of the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens when he followed Devon Graham onto an escalator and could be seen grabbing something under his shirt.
