It’s time to “meat” the next featured food in our Best of South Florida Dining series.
In September, we’re looking for the most tender, juicy, perfectly seasoned steak served anywhere in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
Is your preferred cut the filet mignon, ribeye, New York strip, prime rib or Kobe beef? Do you like it grilled rare, medium or (gasp!) well-done?
And don’t forget about toppings: Will it be herb butter, mushrooms, blue cheese, chimichurri, or just a nice caramelized crust?
