The Flatiron Room, an upscale New York City restaurant and bar, is set to debut at the Aria Reserve Miamicondominium in Edgewater. Announced on September 5, 2024, by Aria Reserve’s developer, The Melo Group, this luxury dining establishment promises fine and rare spirits with specialized drink lockers for guests. The Miami location, designed by New York City-based Aprèspace, will open once the waterfront development, located at 700 N.E. 24th St., is completed in 2025.

2. Just Salad – Delray Beach

Fast-casual chain Just Salad opened its seventh Palm Beach County location in Delray Beach at the Delray Place Shopping Center on 1841 S. Federal Highway. Known for its health-focused menu, the eatery offers salads, wraps, warm bowls, soups, and smoothies. Founded in 2006 by Nick Kenner and Rob Crespi, Just Salad continues to expand its presence in Florida, appealing to health-conscious customers.
