Asian Fusion Food Truck Opening in Palm Beach County this October

Ahmay’s Cuisine, a catering company owned by May Aungthet, is transitioning into a food truck this October, offering Aungthet’s Burmese cuisine.

Originally from Myanmar, Aungthet described her Burmese cooking as a fusion of Chinese, Thai and Indian flavors.

The Ahmay Cuisine website describes popular menu items: Mohinga, a fish-based noodle soup, Ohn-no-khauk-swe, a coconut milk-based noodle soup, and Shan-style rice topped with meats and vegetables and several other dishes.

Ahmay’s Cuisine will continue catering and frequenting pop-up spots like NOBO Brewing Company and Garden District Taproom. Keep up with their event calendar online at Ahmay’s Cuisine.

Keep an eye out for the new Asian fusion food truck coming to Palm Beach County this October.
